Another sexy addition to the Manhattan Ten, I can’t get enough of this series!

Belle Fury, the third installment in the Manhattan Ten series continues the adventures of the infamous sexy superheroes. When their leader Tank takes some time away to spend with his new love, Red Ruin (also known as Ryan) is left to temporarily take on his role. It’s not long before Ruin is called in to help Belle Fabian, a famous ballerina who’s recently discovered her powerful superpowers which can put an end to her dance career and any structure around her. Needless to say, sparks fly when these two meet…literally. As if his life wasn’t already complicated Ruin now has to deal with a sexy ballerina sharing his apartment and tempting him at every turn, oh…the life of a superhero!

From the moment I read Lola’s first book Temptress, I fell in love with her characters and her phenomenal storytelling. Throw in some sexy men with superpowers and feisty heroines and I was sold! Belle Fury is no exception, Belle and Ryan really heat up the pages but they’re not without flaws. In my opinion they have the most in common out of all the couples so far and compliment each other beautifully.

Belle is fun, confident and a little snarky, you would think a ballerina would be a bit uptight but I found her character easy to connect with, especially her love of sweets. She’s a down to earth girl who fits in with the rest of the ladies of the Manhattan Ten and really brings out the best in Ruin. I love me an alpha hero and Red Ruin is definitely that, with a little more. He’s smart, passionate and a real gentleman when the moment calls for it…Belle is one lucky lady! Belle and Ruin have the perfect balance of flirty banter and romance.

As a fellow geek girl (I’m not afraid to admit it!) I have a soft spot for superheroes and thank Lola Dodge for introducing me to some more book boyfriends! Lola has created an exciting world that instantly makes you a fan and yearning for the next book. She delivers an action-packed story with humor, plenty of smexiness and also visits some of my favorite characters and HEAs from previous books. Belle Fury satisfied my craving for more of the Manhattan Ten and as usual, Lola Dodge has left me wanting more of her characters!
